- Errors and Corrections: We will correct errors that we make at no charge, if those errors are reported to us within five (5) business days of delivery to the customer.
- Editing After Delivery: Prices do not include additional editing of photos, videos, or panoramas after delivery to the customer, except as provided in (1).
- Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. In the event that we fail to meet your requirements, upon your request, we will provide a full refund of fees paid for the products where the failure occurred.
- Turnaround Time: Photos are generally delivered, in digital form, by the end of the business day following the shoot, unless other arrangements are made at the time of booking.
- Cancellations: An appointment canceled by a customer within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled time shall be subject to a late cancellation fee as specified under “Other Charges,” on our Pricing page.
- While we make every effort to meet our appointments, we will not be liable for delays or cancellations due to inclement weather, road conditions, slow traffic, equipment failure, and other circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
- We execute contracts for most of our work. The terms and conditions in each contract supersede any terms and conditions given on this web site.
